Thane Isaac

​

A native of Denton, Texas, Thane Isaac hails from a large and musical family. He graduated in 2009 from the University of North Texas with a degree in modern violin performance and emphasis in baroque performance under Cynthia Roberts. In 2012, Thane completed a post-graduate residency at Yale University as one-fifth of the Yale Baroque Ensemble under violinist Robert Mealy. A regularly appearing player in early music ensembles in and around the state of Texas, he has had the honor of performing at the Boston Early Music Festival, Carnegie Hall with the Yale Baroque Orchestra, and Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall with the Juilliard Baroque Orchestra.
